Creator

The Botan Tarot is created by Addi Miyako, a Japanese American artist based in San Jose, California. Her work draws on her heritage, folklore, mysticism, pop culture, and fantasy, weaving them into richly symbolic and imaginative visual narratives. Painted entirely in her grandmother’s dining room, the deck carries a personal connection to family, memory, and the stories that shaped her creative vision.
