Manufacturing damage to deck

The packaging was secure and undamaged, but there was a severe manufacturing defect from die cut inside sealed and wrapped deck. I sent information on damage the day it arrived. You reesponded tgat replacement was shipped, but it has not yet arrived. The 1 rating for the deck only indicates I have not yet used it due to damage. First time I've had such a defect in a deck. I will evaluate when I receive replacement. I understand by your emails it is enroute.

So sorry that you received a damaged card. It can happen from time to time, but we will insure that it's corrected and you that receive a replacement card to make the deck whole.
