Artist’s Insight

In After the End, Diaz continues his exploration of scientific, philosophical, and spiritual frontiers. Inspired by early scientific diagrams and mystical manuscripts, he reinterprets the symbols of consciousness, biology, and cosmic design through a deeply personal lens. His process begins with graphite sketches—quiet studies that evolve into layered compositions combining technical precision with emotional depth.

Critical Acclaim

“Diaz’s art has a strange mélange of ancient and contemporary. Part iconic, part emotionally laden and sorrowful lament.”
— Raw Vision Magazine (UK)

“[Diaz] is able to hold the ‘impossible’ in his mind and then express it with utter crispness, from imagining connections underlying consciousness to blueprinting extraterrestrial encounters.”
— David Pescovitz

Creator

Daniel Martin Diaz is a Tucson-based artist whose work fuses mysticism, science, and sacred art into a unified visual language. For over three decades, he has created intricate drawings and paintings that contemplate the hidden mechanics of consciousness and the mysteries of creation. His art has been exhibited internationally and featured in Hi-Fructose, Juxtapoz, and Beautiful Bizarre. With After the End, Diaz continues his lifelong exploration of how spiritual insight and scientific discovery intersect, offering a body of work that feels both timeless and urgently of our moment—a meditation on the fading boundary between humans and machines.
