Sofie Birkin is a queer British artist currently living in Denver. She creates bold and diverse characters in lively, contemporary and playful illustrations that aim to empower. Her clients have included Apple, Nike, the Royal Mail and Playboy and she has two published books (“The Art of Drag” published by Nobrow Press Penguin Random House, and “Sex Ed: A Guide for Adults” published by Bloomsbury). Sofie is an installation artist at Meow Wolf Denver and uses her work to promote the gay agenda whenever possible. She likes getting emotional at estate sales, ghost stories and ugly shoes and dislikes rain, routine, and writing about herself in the third person.
